All Items are shipped within 5 days from date of payment received. Unless otherwise specified for allowance of time to customize an item.

All Items are warranted for craftsmanship, if you have an issue with a piece please contact us right away.

Most pieces are One of a Kind as Handcrafted Items are individually made and no 2 are exactly alike.

We accept returns minus S&H, you must pay to return the item for a full refund of the purchase price minus original shipping costs.

Specially create One of a Kind items are not returnable because they are created for a specific individual.

If you are not sure whether or not your item is returnable, just use the contact shop owner and send the items information and the invoice number and date of purchase, we will look it up and get right back to you.

UPDATED SHOP POLICY 7-29-14

If you request a Refund you must contact us on the day you received the item in the mail, we do not refund items after the first 24 hours due to so many buyers purchasing, receiving the item then demanding a refund later but keeping the item.

To request a refund you must email us photos of the item and all shipping materials that clearly shows damage to the item within 24 hours of receiving it.

When I accept returns you are refunded the purchase price minus S&H, you must pay shipping and ship the item within 48 hrs of our accepting your refund request.

You are required to include all of our original packaging materials inside the box that you are returning the item in for full refund of the purchase price minus original shipping costs. This allows me to determine if the packaging was faulty or the shipping company used was at fault or if it is my craftsmanship that caused the issue.

I will refund the entire purchase price minus S&H after receiving your returned item in the mail as long as the item is received as stated above. No refund will take place until we have received the item and all the above stated shipping materials.

Specially created (custom ordered) and One of a Kind items are not returnable because they are created for a specific individual.

If you are not sure whether or not your item is returnable, please use the contact shop owner and send the items information and the invoice number and date of purchase, including photos as stated above within 24 hrs of receiving the package, I will look it up and get right back to you.

I will also repair an item that has broken for as long as you own it, I only request that you agree to pay shipping both ways and if a component like an earring wire or a clasp is required to make the repair you agree to pay for the component.
